1. DMV Registration & Title Services

Queen Insurance Services is a licensed, private third-party DMV registration provider. Once your vehicle registration, title transfer, renewal, or VIN verification transaction has been processed and submitted to the State of California, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances.

• State DMV fees are paid directly to the government and are completely non-refundable.

• Our private service provider fees are charged for the convenience of instant processing and are non-refundable once the service is rendered.

2. Auto Insurance Policies

Premium payments made toward insurance policies are paid to the respective insurance carriers, not Queen Insurance Services.

• If you choose to cancel your insurance policy early, any potential refund or return of unearned premium is subject strictly to the terms, calculation methods, and cancellation fees of your specific insurance carrier.

• Agency broker fees are non-refundable.
